As of the 1st of July 2021 non-Ukrainian companies or organizations that conduct transport in Ukrainian territory must register with Ukrainian customs authorities, be it importing, exporting or simply transiting through the Ukraine.
Vehicles belonging to a company that has not registered with the Ukrainian customs authority will not be cleared by customs nor will the vehicles be allowed to cross the Ukrainian border.
What can I do?
Register your company by sending a completed application form and a copy of a company’s registration documents or to any Ukrainian customs office.
If an application form has been completed incorrectly, the Ukrainian customs office will reject your application.
Here is an example of how you should complete the application form.
Once the application has been submitted, you will receive a preliminary registration number, which can be used for customs processing until the final registration number is sent via email.
The registration is a one time process, the registration number you receive after a successful application will be used as an identifier for later transports.
